Service Policy
Cancellation and No-Show
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a full charge of the service will be applied.
Health & Safety
Please inform your therapists / estheticians of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session to ensure the treatment is safe and effective. Some services may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., contagious illnesses, open wounds, or recent surgeries). We reserve the right to refuse service if the therapist deems it unsafe.
Spa Etiquette
To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you refrain from talking on your phone or speaking loudly in treatment areas. We encourage you to turn off your phone or place it on silent mode during your visit to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms unless receiving a special service.
Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you have any concerns or issues regarding your service, please inform your therapist or the spa manager immediately so that we can address the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to our management team. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly.
