  • Dry Salt Therapy benefits adults and children alike

  • 100% natural and safe with no harmful side effects

  • Salt Therapy has been practised for over 100 years

During one of our 45 minute salt sessions salt is inhaled deep into the lungs and sinus cavities. These salt particles can have a natural relaxing effect on the body and feedback from our many clients is both the quality and length of their sleep is improved.

The micro particles of airborne salt in our rooms act like a sponge and may attract foreign substances along its path through the respiratory tract. These particles along with the foreign substance can then be expelled more easily and promote an improved quality of sleep as clean lungs are healthy lungs.
